Open My advertisements, choose your advert, and select Edit details or Check and update. Changes to a published advert appear when saved. New or expired business adverts stay hidden until their advertising payment is confirmed. Their details remain saved for payment or renewal.

Sign in and open Buyer messages. Open a conversation to read and reply on the website. For a verified guest enquiry, use Reply to customer to reply by email. Check this inbox even if you have not received an email alert.

Confirm the price, availability and condition with the advertiser. Inspect a piano before paying where possible, and agree the work and price before hiring someone. If you feel pressured or suspect a scam, stop and contact us.

Listing a piano is free. Open your saved advertisement to pay for business advertising or an optional boost. The checkout shows the total in Australian dollars before you choose whether to pay. Business advertising covers 30 days, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Saving an advert does not charge you.
